Tottenham's cheaper rents make it popular with students and young renters who study across north London — at Middlesex in Hendon, London Met in Holloway, or the College of North East London on the High Road itself — and commute in on the Victoria line. That means most of our N17 student jobs are single rooms and shared houses rather than whole homes: a room in a Victorian terrace off West Green Road or Philip Lane, or a room in a converted flat near Bruce Grove, packed for a transit van. Term time drives the diary. Parking in Tottenham needs planning.
